Imagio AdWords Course Booking Terms & Conditions

By accessing this site, making a course booking or other purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. Imagio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, without notice. This terms and conditions statement was last updated on 28 February 2006.

The contents of the web site are for general guidance only and do not form part of any contract between Imagio and the customer.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any web site page or other document or information issued by Imagio shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Imagio.

Prices

Except where stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of tuition, course materials, refreshments and lunch.

Prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the relevant rate in force at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made no later than 10 working days before the start of the course or immediately if the course is booked within 10 working days of the course start date.

Cancellation, Substitutions and Transfers

Delegate substitutions may be made at no extra charge by notifying Imagio prior to the course start date.

If you wish to cancel or transfer a course date then the following cancellation charges apply.

• More than 28 days before the course start date there is no cancellation or transfer charge.
• Less than 28 days but more than 14 days before the course start date there is a cancellation charge of 25% of the course fee.
• For cancellation and transfer requests received 14 days or less before the course start date, a cancellation charge of 100% of the course fee will apply.

Course Changes

Imagio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses without notice, In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place on the date agreed in the booking confirmation, you will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund of the course fees paid . You shall nor otherwise be entitle to compensation or costs or damages arising from such a cancellation.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Copyright and all intellectual property rights for the web site and all course materials shall remain the property of Imagio.

You agree not to reproduce, sell, hire the course materials in whole or in part and not to use such materials except for the purpose of post course reference.

Google AdWords Promotional Credits

Google AdWords promotional credits are provided by Google and are subject to their terms and conditions which Google may modify at any time for any reason. The credit can be applied subject to the successful completion of the AdWords Booster course. The credit can be applied only to accounts that are less than two weeks old. The account holder must grant Imagio read only manager access to the account for a period of one year in order for the credit to be applied. You will be charged by Google for any advertising that exceeds the value of the promotional credit. All credits will expire one year from date of application to your account. Any unused portion of the credit will be lost after one year. The application of any credit is subject to availability from Google and credits are made available on a first come, first served basis.

Force Majeure

Imagio shall not be in breach of this contract if there is any total or partial failure of performance by it of its duties and obligations under this contract occasioned by any act of God, fire, act of government or state, war, civil commotion, insurrection, embargo, prevention from or hindrance from obtaining any raw materials or energy, sickness or other cause beyond its reasonable control.

To learn about how Imagio protects your personal information, such as your name and address, refer to the online Privacy Policy. Please note that any non-personal information or material sent to Imagio will be generally be deemed to NOT be confidential.

When you access a non-Imagio web site, you do so at your own risk. Imagio is not responsible for the reliability of any data, opinions, advice, or statements made on third-party sites. Limitation of Liability

Imagio shall not be liable for any direct, speculative, consequential or incidental losses or any special damages hereunder including damages due to lost profits, loss of use or anticipated loss of use, or the inability to use the training however arising. In no event shall Imagio's liability for damages exceed the amount paid for the course.

Imagio shall not be held liable for any direct, speculative, consequential or incidental losses or any special damages hereunder including damages due to lost profits, loss of use or anticipated loss of use arising out of any dispute or contractual tortious or other claims or proceedings brought against you by a third party claiming relief against you by reason of the use to which the instruction and advice obtained on a course is put by you.

Your personal belongings and items in your possession brought onto Imagio premises are the sole responsibility of the owner and Imagio accepts no responsibility for such items. Imagio accepts no responsibility for damage, accident or loss resulting from the use of its car parking facilities which are used at your own risk.

General

If Imagio chooses not to enforce any of these conditions this shall not affect the rights of Imagio under the remaining conditions.

If any clause of these conditions shall be deemed invalid the other conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
